Is the NHBRC test compulsory for all clients?
Yes, the NHBRC test is compulsory for all applicants, including home owner builder’s who have no intention of selling their own homes after building. There is no exception to this rule. All home inspections are compulsory, even if you have no plans of enrolling (Taking out cover) for your home. It’s just the law.
