The CIDB requests for Remittance Advises in instances whereby the payment reference numbers as reflected on the bank statements do not match the name of the paying entity.

This is a very common occurrence among municipal payments & private contractors who do not accurately write their names when processing electronic fund transfer payments.

If the payment reference numbers on your bank statements do not match the name of the payer, then you must obtain a remittance advice for your employer for all the total payments received.

The remittance advice reference numbers reflected, must then match those as reflected on the bank statements.
