A completion certificate is a document which certifies that the construction works which were awarded to your company, have been satisfactorily completed.
It must be signed off and properly dated by the project manager of the construction project awarding company.
It must also state the full description of the construction works performed.
The name of your company as reflected on your company’s registration certificate must be clearly mentioned within the project completion certificate.
It must also state the project commencement date, date of practical & final completion.
In addition to the above, it must also have valid contactable reference numbers as well as the email address of the project manager.
This is to enable the CIDB team to carry out specific confirmations as well as verification.
