PROJECT CONTRACT
The project contract or construction contract is required by the CIDB to determine the specification and value of works awarded.
It is also used to determine if the contract contains at least a substantial value of labour works within it.
Remember, supply only contracts are not accepted by the CIDB, and therefore, you are required to read through your contract to determine if it has a labour supply clause within it.
Below is a set of construction templates, developed for you which you can download and customise to your needs as required.
